Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

 

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

 

Purchases

 

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, address, email address, age, and relevant performing experience.

 

Private Coaching sessions are only scheduled once payment has been received. If we do not receive 24 hours notice of a reschedule or cancellation client will still be charged the full amount.

 

Private Coaching sessions occur at a private residence owned by the owner of Acting With Max Studios and are held at a dedicated work space for acting and other coaching at the private residence which is located at 1006 Cowpens Ave, Baltimore, MD 21286. Any client who does not wish to meet at this location must give us at least 24 hours notice and will need to pay for separate space themselves. If they wish the session to occur at such a space, an additional fee will be added. Client who do not give 24 hours notice for ANY reason will be liable for the full service amount charged and will not receive any refunds for any reason unless otherwise agreed by Acting With Max Studios.

 

Missed classes are not rescheduled or refunded because of client situations. Clients are expected to be at each consecutive class based on the time they sign up for which generally includes 4 or 8 consecutive classes held on a reoccurring time and day. If the teacher of any class must cancel or reschedule, relative credit will be extended to all clients affected per the time missed or rescheduled.

 

Subscriptions

 

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. Visit the terms set by Wix for more information.

 

 

Content

 

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content").
